Haven't done one of these in a while, so I present another crossover clash 
Kasumi from Dead or Alive vs Mai Shiranui from King of Fighters.
It's not certain what caused them to start fighting...but apparently it was over who stole who's costume and design first <,< I've been playing DoA on the 3DS lately and I came to realize how super similar their main clothes are...I'm sure that's old news for most people though XP
And yay for more lazy backgrounds

From a Meta perspective, Mai came first, but in-universe(with the two worlds crossed over) there's no real way of knowing.
I prefer the in-universe perspective myself
I like this fight not only for the fact that their both Ninja, but also due to the contrasting colours(Blue versus Red) and closeness in age. Kasumi is apparently 19 by DOA 5, and Mai, if the SNK wiki is accurate can be anywhere from 19(in Fatal fury two where she first appeared) to 23(in Real bout Fatal Fury special), with her age being 20 in the first King Of Fighters game.
Since Fighting game characters rarely age(and the women never look like they age) we can pretend she's around the same age as Kasumi(or at least I can). XD
